Dr. Sonneman is a graduate of Humboldt University Medical School in
Berlin, Germany. She emigrated to the United States in 1979, completed
three years of residency in Pediatrics at LAC - USC Medical Center in Los
Angeles, followed by a four-year teaching position at Miller Children's Hospital
in Long Beach, California.
Since 1989, she has been a practicing pediatrician in hospital affiliations with UCLA, Santa Monica Hospital, Stanford's Lucile Packard Children's Hospital and others. American board certified in Pediatrics, she also studied homeopathy at the Institute of Classical Homeopathy in San Francisco for four years, followed by apprenticeships in Germany. Her training in homeopathy applies to patients of all age groups. Combining her knowledge in conventional medicine, her advanced clinical experience, modern diagnostics and wisdom of natural healing arts, Dr. Sonneman offers a wide spectrum of therapeutics that is safe and medically sound. She is the mother of two boys, and also speaks German, conversational Hungarian and Spanish. |
